AT YOUR HOME OR OFFICE

Weekly visits to your HOME or OFFICE which include:

 

• A Thorough Initial Assessment: medical history, diet history, eating disorder history
• A review of 5 days of your consumption (sent daily by e-mail) prior to your initial appointment
• Your Personalized "Eating/Moving/Feeling" Program designed by your nutritionist.
• Ten personalized 45-minute individual sessions with your Nutritionist to coach you, support you, answer your questions, and help you over any obstacles in your way. We will target the subtle but deadly behaviors that are sabotaging your efforts
• Daily email feedback & support from your Nutritionist

 

FEES: $300 initial evaluation / $250.00 follow up sessions

 

ON THE RUN

A program that Meets You Where You're At:

 

• Ten Weekly 30-minute Sessions
• We Run or Walk Your Session . . . An effective "eating/moving" program designed just for you
• Focus: RESULTS, Simplicity, and Efficiency
• Email feedback and support between sessions

 

FEE: $175.00 per session

 

ON YOUR SCREEN

Using Technology to deliver Eating Management, Weight Management, Pregnancy Management, and Disease Management. Saves you Time, Money, and Travel Frustrations.

FEE: $200.00 initial evaluation / $150 per mobile session
